Adam joined Jerroms as a Corporate Tax Trainee in November 2021, after completing his BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from De Montfort University earlier that year. He qualified as a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) in 2024 and is now working towards becoming a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), with completion expected in 2025.
Since joining Jerroms in 2021, Adam has focused exclusively on providing tax advisory services across a wide client base, from individuals and owner-managed businesses to larger corporate structures. His role involves advising on a variety of complex tax matters, with particular experience in corporate transactions, group restructures, Employee Ownership Trusts, and employment-related securities including share option schemes.
Adam also works closely with external accountants and legal advisers, offering tailored tax advice to support their client relationships. He has a strong interest in helping clients make informed, strategic decisions, and enjoys breaking down technical challenges into clear and actionable steps.
Outside of work, Adam is a passionate Manchester United supporter and avid Formula One fan, having attended both the British and Abu Dhabi Grands Prix. He also has a love for travel and in recent years has spent time exploring the Far and Middle East, including, Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka. As a keen lager drinker, he never misses the opportunity to sample the local beer in each destination as he is always on the lookout for something new and a bit different to try. On Monday nights, you’ll usually find him playing football for a local team, helping him to burn off at least a few of those international beers.
A huge sports fan, Adam supports Manchester United and follows Formula One. He always goes to the British Grand Prix, but last year combined his love of travelling with his passion for F1 by attending the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
