Formed in 2022 from a merger between The Miller Partnership and the corporate tax team of Jerroms, Jerroms Miller represents the union of two industry leaders. The Miller Partnership, led by Pete Miller, a prominent figure in the tax sector and named one of the ICAEW’s ‘Top Online UK Influencers’ in 2023. Jerroms’ corporate tax team, under the direction of Nick Wright, Director and host of the popular ‘Jerroms Miller Tax Hour’ podcast.
Over the years we have been shortlisted for a number of prestigious awards including ‘Tax Team of the Year’ at Dealmakers Insider Midlands Awards and ‘Best new tax practice’ at Tolley’s taxation awards. In 2024, we received the title 'Best Single Office Tax Practice' at the prestigious Tolley’s Taxation Awards.
This award marks a significant achievement for Jerroms Miller. Tolley's Taxation Awards, the Oscars of the Tax sector, honour the best in the sector and this win is a testament to our team's hard work and dedication to their clients and the practice.
Since 2022, we have grown and developed our team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our clients. Growing the team and taking on trainees, marketing and VAT expertise allows us to be more efficient, responsive and expand our service offerings.
In 2023, we achieved £1bn client enterprise values and saved our clients over £350m of tax.
Additionally, in 2023, Jerroms Miller launched a unique platform—The Jerroms Miller Knowledge Hub— providing a freely accessible collaborative platform for the exchange of knowledge, support, development, and ideas.
This platform includes access to the ‘Jerroms Miller Tax Hour’ podcast, events & webinars, Insights and a LinkedIn Technical Forum. This enhances the client experience and quality of our service. It also is an efficient way to share insights and the Technical Forum gives clients quick access to experts.
‘The Tax Hour’ podcast has since featured Dan Neidle, named '100 most influential lawyers in the UK' and '50 most noteworthy tax figures worldwide'. It has also hosted several prominent figures in the sector including Campbell McDonald, one the UK's most experienced employee ownership experts and Nichola Ross Martin, managing director and founder of RossMartin.co.uk and Deputy President of CIOT.
